We're based locally to St Andrews, unlike some other storage companies. That lets us keep our prices low, and still offer a great service with a smile. Here's what happens when you book storage with us.
Our eco-friendly super strong free boxes come in 2 sizes, and we'll even give you a roll of tape. Delivered directly to you.
We'll collect your packed boxes when you're ready. We can also collect suitcases, bags, bikes or anything else! You don't even need to be there when we collect.
Once collected, we'll e-mail you an invoice to pay online (Apple/Google Pay & card). We can also accept cash on collection.
Your items will be stored in our secure, dry warehouse while you enjoy your summer. If you need storage for longer, we can arrange this.
When you know your return date, simply log back into our site and pick your date. We don’t limit your delivery dates to just Freshers Week. Sending to a different city/town? See our shipping options (exception for Dundee/St Andrews).
Yes. Just return the unused boxes to the the collection team at no extra cost.
Yes in 2 sizes (50x30x30cm and 40x40x40cm). Strong, double walled and free. We also provide boxes if you are shipping with us. We can store other boxes that you provide.
You can log back into your account at Saint Storage and choose your date & fill in your new address. There's no delivery fee for bringing your items back to your university.
No, we won't take advantage of you leaving early. The prices we show are for collection anytime from April onwards, and delivery right up to the end of September.
Simply e-mail us with your request and we'll get it done. If you want to leave them in storage longer, that's no problem - let us know how long for and we'll do the rest.
The prices shown on the site are for delivery up to the end of September. If you need it storing for longer, this is fine but there would be an extra charge for this.
If you stay in a private flat we will collect/deliver your items from the ground floor or the entrance of your block/reception area. For halls of residence we collect and deliver items to reception/main entrance areas. For DRA/Fife Park, we'll collect from the ground floor of your block.
We collect and deliver from the mailboxes at your block - unlike all the other storage companies where you have to take your belongings to reception whatever the weather!
We know you may be some distance from the reception, so we'll come to your block. Please leave your items on the ground floor at your block entrance ready to be picked up.
When we collect your items, we'll send you an invoice with 14 days to pay. You don't need to be present when we collect them, simply place them in a safe place and let us know either by whatsapp/email where to find them! You can also pay by cash when we collect if you wish.
It’s a good idea to write your name on every item you’re storing - our boxes have a space for this. We also label each item when we come to collect
No problem. If you’re storing more but don’t need extra boxes then simply bring the items when we’re collecting and we’ll add them in. If you need more boxes then drop us a Whatsapp/E-mail and we’ll get more to you. If you’re storing less, then please make sure any boxes we’ve supplied to you are returned or else there is a charge.
Unfortunately this is strictly prohibited as your items are stored with everyone else's and we need to keep the warehouse secure. Just like if you order from Amazon, we don’t offer a collection service!
Unlike other companies we do not put your belongings into the hands of 3rd parties at any point - we do all the work ourselves! This ensures we are responsible for your belongings from start to finish and have control over where they are stored.
All items are stored in our climate controlled warehouses, making sure your items do not get damp or too hot/cold whilst stored with us, and ensuring the contents will be brought back in perfect condition.
